Student Self-Care Campaign for Lent 2018.
Self-care is one of the most important aspects of mental health and its treatment. We will be focusing on ways we can all be more mentally healthy by taking the time to take care of ourselves!. Self-care means something different to everyone, so we’d love to hear about what you do to take care of your mental health - whether it’s having a hot drink, exercising daily, or even something as simple as taking a shower. Every #selfcaresunday, we’ll be sharing tips on self-care, submitted by you. As term goes on, stress can increase for some people, so it’s even more important to take time out to de-stress and give your mental health a little boost. This is why we'll be running lots of events this term. Whether you have a mental health problem or not, these are things we can all do to be happier and healthier!
